This is my preferred clinic and having lived in Bangkok 20 years I have tried many from small clinics to dedicated dental hospitals and the main well know private hospitals. From the receptionist to the nurses, hygienist, general and specialist doctors all staff are highly professional and speak perfect English. Prices are reasonable and the care is more personal than the larger clinics or hospitals or less known clinics in Bangkok. My visits have included everything from cleaning to implants and all things in between and I have never had a problem or felt the procedure or result was not done equal or better than the best in my home country. For days, I had so much pain caused by my wisdom tooth it needed extraction. Over the counter painkillers are no longer working and I was told in UK it will take 2 weeks to get an appointment. I couldn't bear the pain anymore and so I reached out to Dr Thamrong on whatsapp. I was given an appointment within 2 days so I booked the direct flight in. Arrived in Bangkok at 1pm and had an appointment at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm - xray done, he checked the tooth and recommended extraction. The tooth was out by 3:16pm.
No more pain, no fuss - quick and painfree process. Their after-care is also second to none - checking everything is alright.
I am so glad we found Dental Design Clinic&Lab - highly recommend the truly professional team led by Dr Thamrong for any dental services you require.”

The initial process was done so smoothly that even a few hours later I felt no pain . The next week I went back for a wisdom tooth extraction and it was even faster. Took all of 15 minutes . “Fast forward December for our next holiday, we popped in again for consultation. Again, without asking for anything in return, Dr Thamrong made it his project that I get a new set of teeth! Having been a chainsmoker for years, dental checkups are my least favourite thing. Dr Thamrong did manage to convince me that there is hope. We then made a plan and I flew back in January 2024 and finally had the dental implants done!
I am not the most easy patient to deal with but the team has made me comfortable and pushed through the process with utmost professionalism. It would have been quicker and cheaper for the practice to do just do all the implants in one go but Dr Sumet chose to prioritise patient care above profit. This mean he meticulously checked that all goes well first before proceeding with next stage.
Dr Sumet's expert hands put me at ease and I still cannot believe it that the implant surgery is successful.
I am now back in England - in a few more months, and the seemingly impossible project will be completed with me having a full set of top class implants -1 can't wait! Thank you Dr Thamrong, Dr Sumet & Team!”
